No Time To Exercise? Here’s Why It Is Objectively Untrue!

Love is a distraction for goal oriented minds because it keeps you in the present as opposed to working, thinking, acting for the future.

Romantic love if that’s on your mind. But love is in all those activities, people and passions that bring you “right here!” If you complain that you never get time to exercise, you never have the energy left after work for your partner or that you are not able to eat healthy because you’re “so stressed”, then think again.

It’s only so big as it is in your head.

“Time” is almost always a matter of priority.

According to an interesting study*, for every hour of exercise, you gain back 3.6 hours, atleast for the first few hours per week. Which means that you’re not spending time, you’re investing it, while improving your health, wellbeing and looks in the process.

Yet, the most common excuse for not exercising is not having time, I understand it can feel this way, but it’s almost never objectively true.

It starts with spending 20 mins, just 3 times per week of intentional activity. You can run, lift weights, climb, practice your batting or practice your free throws, the choice is your own. But it needs to be intentional and you should be able to progress it to adding a day to the activity or adding a few extra minutes. Add an assistive activity if possible to your main activity. It will be magical toward boosting your love for movement, inspiration for life and most importantly feeding your confidence and fulfillment of your life energy.

It makes sense not just for someone trying not to remain sedentary, but even when you are a high level athlete looking to work on specific weaknesses which seem to fall behind as you go on with following up with professional duties…

If you are still overthinking your time, the fastest way to start is to assign the 3 days (example Mon, Wed and Fridays) and the time (ex. 6-6.30pm) to your schedule and simply start following it like it’s the part of a work assignment. You need to report to your boss (your ego) that you did the job well today.

Now let’s go, shall we? Make the time, you and I, keep growing and improving in all aspects we intend to see fulfilled.
